Just Received Request For Initial Evidence Notice Today
Hi all, I just want to share my timeline here and I hope this can encourage everyone who has been waiting for a long time. I haven’t received the letter yet don’t know what inside.
I applied around 4/28 and received the receipt on 5/10 2023, I filed my case in New York State and the case was sent to NBC.
And does anyone know how long will take for them to approve my green card after they received my evidence.

Have a question about RFE. My i693 form was delivered in the end of May2024 to NY Field Office, but still I don't see information in my case number that response was received. is it common situation?

@Joanna Mo April and May 2023 filers are being casually approved this days. So after you send your medical exam it shall be not very long

@Joanna Mo sent via USPS priority mail for the address i got in RFE. Was just one address , because it was Field Office. For NBC , when I got, was two different addresses: one for regular mail and second for express. I think you can use express address for USPS priority mail.
