Response to RFE
Hello everyone, I got a RFE for i130, They asked me for my foreign language marriage certificate(which i forgot to submit), but I did submitted the english translated one before applying for i130.
My question is, Do i have to submit any other additional evidence rather than they asked me for?
Anyone does have any experience on it, please need your help. Thanks!
change of address
Hi everyone,
Curious to know if anyone has experience with this…
So, last year I received my gc and changed addresses shortly after that. I submitted the change to my uscis account but so far I have not received a confirmation and I believe it is because I don’t have any pending cases. I can’t ask Emma because my case is no longer pending.
However, I do need to remove my gc conditions next year and potentially move out again this year. I’m worried that since I haven’t received a confirmation that they received my change of address, that uscis will end up sending everything to my old address. Anyone with insights/advice on this? thanks!

my I-485 just changed to actively being reviewed from response to RFE received. my I-130 is still on response RFE received. I feel like the I-130 should’ve changed first, has this happened to anyone else?

finally approve!
after almost 13 months finally approve, I have feel the pain of all of you to see other cases being approve but it seems the under 14 months is real. anyone that got approved, in how long did you received your NVC letter ?

Frustrated
so for my I-130 it said a decision is expected in 3 weeks when I looked at the “my progress” tab on the Uscis website. Three weeks time period ended yesterday and now it doesn’t say anything except “case is taking longer than expected”
my i485 shows a decision should be made in 2 months time but I feel like it’s not going to happen anytime soon. what is the point of the “myProgress” tab if the decision time shown on it is not accurate? I’ve been waiting for more than 2 years now and it’s just frustrating at this point
