i am waiting 9 months for I-765 and still nothing. Expedite my case on May 22nd and still no response, so i guess every case is different there is no rules but hope 🙏

what evidence did you send for financial hardship

I provided copies of past due medical bills and I was constantly uploading unsolicited evidence on the my USCIS website. The fact that my wife was pregnant and nearing her due date and was unable to work was a huge factor but any evidence of financial hardship (Past Due Bills, proof of not being able to fulfill Financial Obligations like Rent, Car Notes etc, maxed credit cards etc) definitely helps if you expedite because of financial hardship.

my cases never transferred field offices. And there are definitely strict guidelines as to when you can expedite but presuming that many of us already live inside the U.S. and and are unable to work and earn income. Many of us can expedite due to financial hardship, you just have to put together a good case with anything that proves that either you owe money or will be unable to pay for future obligations if you do not receive news from the USCIS. The government already has waay too many people on welfare, they would rather give you your papers so you can fend for yourself than have to take care of you as their burden. Even if you are unsure of whether or not to expedite, just take a few days to gather as much evidence as possible, upload it in the portal then call the USCIS and tell them that you’d like to expedite over the phone. it’s FREE and does not affect your case if your request is denied so why not shoot your shot? Just take some time to research the expedite categories and gather as much evidence as possible to back your claim. it’s 100% worth a try, especially if you’ve been waiting for longer than estimated.

i was also pregnant abd facing extreme conditions. i got the senate to help me and tried to get it expidited u dear the same grounds and I was denied expidition 5 times sadly.
