I-130 Submission
so I’ve sent my I-130 along with all other needed forms as well. I’ve been told that as soon as they receive it they will cash the cheques and send us a case/invoice number. its been almost two weeks that they’ve received it and still no update regarding a case number or any, is that normal?
Finally 485 approved after 11 months on CRP.
Thanks to Almighty! long waited for this moment. Hope all others waiting get theirs approved soon too.

I-485 Approved after almost 2 years
I am incredibly grateful for this process to be over and for the approval of my GC application. I wish everyone good luck with their applications! It was personally generating a lot of anxiety due to the uncertainty and not seeing my family or not being able to travel abroad.
My experience:
No RFE; I attached the medical exam with the application on July 22.
Retrogression paused my case on April 23, and my status didn't change after my PD date was back to current last January.
My case moved directly from “pending” (was on hold after the retrogression) to “card is being produced,” then “approved,” and “card was mailed.”
The I-485 was approved before the travel authorization (I-130) for which the status didn’t update since January 23
The physical card arrived approx. 10-12 days after after approval.

I just spoke with a live agent through Emma, and she said my I485 was approved yesterday and my interview has been waived. Can this be true? I don’t have an approval under documents tab. Do they usually give accurate information?
