Mu case was sent back to USCIS FROM NVC
My case was at nvc as f2a unmarried child of LPR but I got married before my parent became a citizen i informed nvc and when I logged into ceac now, I saw my case was sent back to USCIS fro nvc for administrative action, any idea what happens now?

@kayden singh getting married puts you in a different category and they may not have a visa for you right now. You will have to wait a little longer to get a visa.

@My P but I was told my petition would completely be terminated because I got married before my parent became a citizen, can u clarify please?

@My P if your visa is terminated your parent are us citizens and can reapply for you which means your wait is going to be longer.

my mother filed f2a for me i got my visa i did not get married till i got my green card my mom she's still green card holder 4years ago i came to the us i applied for my green card one year it got approved so i had to travel back home got married legally so i filed for my family
