Can we go on our 3 weeks vacation

can we go on our planned vacation to the US while waiting for an interview date? we got our I-130 approved faster than we thought - now we are waiting for NVC and interview date. we have approved ESTAs. really want our summer vacation in Florida. 🙏

F2B “Under Review” / El Salvador / Cali Center.

Hi!, I'd like to know whether anyone here has had a "F2B I-130" process approved or not, and how long it takes to get approved. Mine is currently “Under Review” since Sept/29/2023. I would appreciate any information you could share. Thanks.

Anyone that has already done this, do you recommend having someone do the documents/uploads etc, we used boundless for the I130. Or do thrm myself, just concerned if I get anything wrong and it gets delayed. Thanks 😊

hiiiii I have a question … I am applying for my husband’s GC, and I have student loans currently. our tax return meets the 125% poverty line, and we have savings will my student loans affect his 485 approval? thanks ~~~~
