Did you try local congress inquiry? Or you may sue, if you need the quick decision within 60 days, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se"

@Ronke Oke Two years and over has been the normal processing time for I-751 applications. Just hang in there, your application will be approved soon.

@Ronke Oke I think you should sue them or call them to request for out of processing time to be submitted for you. I finally have my ten years card with me by God’s grace. They will answer you soon in Jesus name.
