there is no set time period with uscis but u could sue uscis if its current for an year and u still don’t get it . check processing times of ur nearest field office to get an idea .

As Sam k stated, you maybe need to sue, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" to get some assistance

@G V, just to clarify, was your application on CRP before you sent in a request for interfiling? If yes, have you confirmed that they received your interfiling request(since there is no receipt notice to be issued)? Did you call USCIS?

@Rijo Rijo , I am with same employer who had filed my case by Oct 23 case moved to CRP.

@G V, I think I didn't use the right term. I meant did your case enter CRP before you requested to retain your priority date?

@G V, interesting. And your case went to CRP due to retrogression? And has remained there? if yes, find a way to talk with USCIS......it might help!

@Aj D Congratulations. Your case was always at NBC? for mine they said it’s at NBC and processing normally. I had raised expedite request today, not sure this will help. Wait is on, My PD is Feb 2019. What’s your rack no MSC2390****?
