Stressed!! *VENT SESSION*
Got an RFE from my lawyers today for a complete vaccination record like wthhh (mistake of the civil surgeon apparently) and also PROOF FOR CRIMINAL RECORDS THAT DO NOT EXIST!! Man this has been a battle. Luckily I was able to speak to an agent at USCIS through a bypass within 20mins. the two agents that I spoke to were so rude to me and were not accommodating for the verification process before they can talk to you about your application so when I called for the third time this very very very kind woman asked me if possibly the records that were for my current address were different and I’m so happy she asked that because the address I was giving her was my home address and I forgot that it might be my Lawyer’s address that she needed so I gave it to her and everything went through. She was able to help me and let me know that it was a mistake for USCIS to be requesting a criminal record that is non existent, so she created a service request to Vermont service center and to let them know that I have no criminal record to discard that but it’s just ridiculous how some agents at USCIS are just straight up RUDE. I hate to make this about race but I’m African American and the first two people were also; however, the one lady that helped me and gave me the time of day was Caucasian. Sorry for the vent but it was needed😂
anyone receive this in response to service request “…we are actively reviewing your application… Your case has moved forward in the process”
Recently you contacted us regarding the status of your pending application or petition. USCIS systems indicate that we are actively reviewing your application, and nothing is outstanding at this time. Your case has moved forward in the process. USCIS officials will determine whether an interview is necessary.
Does it mean something? Did someone receive the same answer and got some action?

A month since interview
Been a month since interview at National Benfits Center in KC. interview went great. Officer asked us to submit a couple more pieces of evidence (bona fide of marriage) and she would be able to approve. Uploaded to our account that next day however no word yet. Also, USCIS account appears to be locked as we tried to upload our 2023 tax return and cannot. Figured it may be because they are reviewing case. Anyone have similar experience?

EAD is approved without any hint on 485.
Not sure if this means more delay on 485 approval. Primary EAD is approved after 4 months of dependent EAD approval. Both adjustments still pending after 6 months!!
