Conditional Green card expired and Traveling to Mexico
Hello everyone I need help, I have a trip to Cancun Mexico in a few days but my conditional green card is expired BUT I already have the extension letter for 48 months, does Mexico let you in with the extension letter? Someone that had the same experience??? Thank you!

Hi there, today I was told by Emma that my case was transferred to a non-local field office. Is this a good sign? Can anyone that experienced the same share how long did it took for their case to be approved after it was transferred to a non local FO?

Hi everyone. I am Canadian and married to a US citizen. We applied in March 2024. We replied to a REF for medical and birth certificate. They received and confirmed on June 14.
How long do they usually take to reply to a REF. I am driving my immigration lawyer nuts with questions. My father died the beginning of June and I had an emergency parole but had to come back to the US for my own surgery. My uncle had since passed and my mother is in emergency tonight with chest pains. So life has been hard and I want to return to Canada. I know so many people out there are experiencing more stress and loss in their families and I am sorry to read so many stories. I would greatly appreciate some insight beyond my lawyers prescribed answers. Thank you

Stressed!! *VENT SESSION*
Got an RFE from my lawyers today for a complete vaccination record like wthhh (mistake of the civil surgeon apparently) and also PROOF FOR CRIMINAL RECORDS THAT DO NOT EXIST!! Man this has been a battle. Luckily I was able to speak to an agent at USCIS through a bypass within 20mins. the two agents that I spoke to were so rude to me and were not accommodating for the verification process before they can talk to you about your application so when I called for the third time this very very very kind woman asked me if possibly the records that were for my current address were different and I’m so happy she asked that because the address I was giving her was my home address and I forgot that it might be my Lawyer’s address that she needed so I gave it to her and everything went through. She was able to help me and let me know that it was a mistake for USCIS to be requesting a criminal record that is non existent, so she created a service request to Vermont service center and to let them know that I have no criminal record to discard that but it’s just ridiculous how some agents at USCIS are just straight up RUDE. I hate to make this about race but I’m African American and the first two people were also; however, the one lady that helped me and gave me the time of day was Caucasian. Sorry for the vent but it was needed😂
