how long it took & what’s status showing after withdrawal completed?
* USCIS sent asylum withdrawal letter as I already have a greencard.
The letter says if you want to continue asylum send this letter back otherwise this petition will be withdrawn automatically within 30days.
But, after six months status still showing pending.
Anyone received that type of letter?
when will my case get approved.
i am aging, its been 3 years now, i want to severe my ties with my husband, i am still connected to him in one wqy or the other and not qble tp move forward

✅Sep 29 - NVC welcome letter
✳️here there was a delay in getting a sponsor
✅Dec 21, 2023 - all fees have been paid
✅Dec 27, 2023 - DS-260 complete
✅Jan 09, 2024 - approved sponsor in the case
✅Jan 09, 2024 - We start sending civil documents
✳️Here we had a huge delay because of the birth certificate, but in the end everything was resolved
✅29 Apr, 2024 - finally documented qualified
💤TODAY ( May 18, 2024) - waiting for interview
