Still waiting for I-485 approval
Do you guys know when will I-485 be approved? We are already married for 2 years.

I have a pending AOS since 2020.

And May 13th, 2024, we got an RFE for previous marriage certificate on form I-130.
It was at this point I realized (that based on the different types of marriages that my country of origin does), I did not have the right divorce paper from previous marriage.
I planned responding to the RFE (marriage certificate) and wait for USCIS response after receiving the marriage certificate. My plan is if they respond with a NOID, I will withdraw the case and start all over with a divorce decree initiated from the US.
Here is the catch,
While waiting to respond to the RFE, July 5th, 2024, I-130 for kids abroad got approved.
Now, I am at a dilemma on what to do especially now that kids I-130 got approved?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
when card is not delivered
our cards were sent to the lawyer, but she moved and I don’t know where she is.
4 of 5 cards returned to USCIS. I filled e-request immediately after I found the cards were sent in wrong direction. It was June 7th.
Yesterday I should receive the response to that request. But no, I didn’t.
I called yesterday to USCIS, talked to operator, they opened a new request for me. I asked him is it a different request comparing with that one I did online? He answered, yes, totally different. Then he refused to make another request for my wife and kids, saying to make another call for them.
Question:
that eRequest I filled is enough ? or do I have to call them again for every family member?
God did it again!!!
Guys, they just updated that my renewed Travel Document got approved!!!🙌🙌🙌🙌🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
what’s next????? how long will it take my i360 to be approved????
