hi everyone, may i know the average time of outcome of petition , as i submitted my RFE on 2nd of July 2024. and my PD is 23 May 2023.

Your PD is not current as of July 2024, and based on todays release of August 2024, you won’t be current either. Become current is your next milestone. After that you should count anywhere from 4 to 12 months.

@Mr LB B thanks for the response. but actually acceptance/decline of your form I-140 is not link to your PD. may be you not get my point. I am just saying that what is the average time of the outcome of form I-140 after submitting the RFE response.

I see, I’m sorry, I misunderstood your question. I do not know that one. My answer was assuming you were talking about I 485 RFE and approval after that. Thanks

@javed Iqbal if you filed premium processing it should be pretty fast, average within 2weeks, if it’s regular processing it will be as long as USCIS decide
