does USCIS reuse i485 fingerprints for i765, if filled separately and after fingerprints for i485 has been taken?
hi all, I have done the fingerprinting for i485 and I am thinking of applying for i765 now. I want to l know if anyone has done this and if so, did USCIS send another request for fingerprints? thanks

i485 still pending , applied after approval it’s any difference in one year waiting applicant to or right after applying of approval by IJ. I have submitted also medical with petition on April 2023.

Here's the story, maybe you can help my friend out.
so she file for vawa on January 2022. now she want to go back with the guy that abused her a drop vawa because he saying that he going to do her paper, and now she pregnant of him.
am telling her not to drop vawa because does men don’t change that don’t risk it.
she ask her lawyer and she was not helpful at all the lawyer told her, that’s on you if you want to drop your vawa,
of course she already got paid so the lawyer don’t care she already have her money.
so what you guys think she should do. my advice for her was not to drop her vawa and when she gives birth to only have her name in the birth certificate.

I got an update from the app today that they order a new card.
My PD is current since Jan 2024
2 inquiries was submitted on Jan and April
1 service request was raised by my lawyer
No interview, No RFE maybe because I just sent the new medical check up right after my PD became current. The old one was expired anyway and they definitely would request for that when they touched my case. So my lawyer suggested me to send it w the letter.
