it been 8.5 month since I filed my application,case is still at NBC,no EAD approval yet,maybe if I had gotten my ead probably I will be a little relaxed knowing that at least I can work,now my patience is very little,seing jobs for $60 per hour and more but I couldn’t get the job because I don’t have EAD.

Pretty long wait. Maybe sue them? You will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se"
