it’s not normal the case is out of processing time what happens do you miss documents or what?
Cerj RajJul 8, 2024
This is outside any normal times. Sue them, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se"

Oh that's frustrating!!!. Hope you have your employment authorization and travel document already approved. Good luck.

Messaged and called them multiple times and I just keep getting generic responses. even my congress man reached out and got the same response. I’m just confused and frustrated but trying to be hopeful at the same time

@gigi kmn yea my EAD just expired and trying to renew it again. I didn’t apply for a travel document yet cos my lawyer was trying to see if they could also request an expedited process but nothing

@DioM D didn’t miss any documents at all, even sent them unsolicited evidences too. my progress was at 4 months and changed to 19 months in the space of 2 weeks
gigi kmnJul 8, 2024
I'd say wait 120days (4months) more. If nothing file for a Mandamus. I've been there and had to refile.
Jeremy SeleckyJul 8, 2024
