hello everyone, my wife who is the petitioner made a USCIS account ages ago when we first filed and still hasn’t recieved an access code for it after asking Emma multiple times, what do we do? Is it really needed if we applied and sent in our papers? we never applied for our i130 online so it’s just confusing and we don’t know if the account is needed or not

USPS sent my 131 travel document to another apartment but thanks God I could find it 🙏🏻
i sent USCIS an e-request online informing “didn’t received my document”. So now how can I cancel this e-request? If they send a new one is gonna be a copy or a new one, with new numbers and codes? I’m concerned because i will travel if at my returning i find out at the CBP boarder my document is cancelled because was replaced to a new one.

Trump being elected?
Will active cases be effected by Trump being let back in the white office? It’s obvious that if he were to come to power again that he would stop immigration but would people like us that are doing it the legal way and already have a case active, be effected? I mean I’ve paid for this so technically I could sue if it were to be denied right? but still it shouldn’t be a problem, correct?

What is the average timeline for i-131 (AP) and/or i-485 (AOS) approval after EAD approval?
Not sure how USCIS is supposed to approve cases. I was hoping to have combo card for EAD and AP approval but I didn’t. Now hoping to either have AP approved soon or AOS. As I am really in need to travel in urgency out of country. Anyone else with similar timeline and with PD from Nov 2022 ROW or around applied with Family? How are their timeline going? When to expect AP and/AOS to be approved? #timeline
