Service Request Email notifcation
I applied for a service request on my EB-3 case about a month ago and just got an email notification today “This email is to confirm the USCIS Contact Center received your inquiry. This inquiry is regarding…”. does this mean my case is being looked at or is this just a generic response?

case transferred to new jurisdiction
Hey guys! please I’m confused. my adjustment of status that is based on pending vawa was changed to transferred to new jurisdiction. I checked my vawa and it is still showing pending.
Does it mean my vawa has been approved and maybe not yet updated?? if not why would uscis transfer my adjustment of status to a new location if my vawa is not yet approved.
any ideas will help. Thank you!

How long does it take NVC to review correspondence
Hi,
I sent I-77 approval notices to NVC to capture an earlier priority date, and i received an email after 2 days with the following message:
"To Whom it Concerns:
The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed."
Does this kind of review fall under the review processing timeframes schedule on the NVC website? or could this be something different that could take even a longer time? I guess i'm just trying to know how long it might take NVC to complete the review.

Good morning I just logged into my account only to see my case has moved from taking longer than expected since August to 5 month until case decision does this mean anything??

hello everyone, my wife who is the petitioner made a USCIS account ages ago when we first filed and still hasn’t recieved an access code for it after asking Emma multiple times, what do we do? Is it really needed if we applied and sent in our papers? we never applied for our i130 online so it’s just confusing and we don’t know if the account is needed or not
