What is the meaning of this?
we had our interview of June 26th and it went really well. The officer only asked basic questions and gathered some additional documents from us. While we were leaving the officer told us that he has everything he needs and he will make a decision and mail it to us. Today we received another i797 notice of action. They want us to come for another interview on July 18th. This notice of action has a stamp on it which says “action completed approved for filing”
I don’t understand what the meaning of this is. Why another interview? The officer said they have everything to make a decision but now we are being asked to come for another interview? This is so frustrating because our patience is being tested

Nowadays you have to be really strong and be on your toes when it come to immigration, it’s a must to believe in GOD (ALLAH) overwise you could ended up in depression, a lawyer is not enough, you are your own lawyer, I have one but I have done 90% of my case, I have wrote everything related to it and my lawyer was just overseeing my statement and others documents even with that there was many things, she did not catch, like no cover letter and instead of applying a C09 EAD for me I think she did applied a C31, really hard to reach her plus when I went to talk to her, she is always in rush like want me gone as fast as possible.
My case said new card is being produced ( approval ?)
I responded to the RFE (Bona fide mariage) it was really hard because one of the documents they have asked me was a joint bank account statement showing transactions and access to both of us, we had one before but I closed it and I was able to get my hands on them at the bank at the time of filing I couldn’t because the bank refused to provide any service to me because of my wife. The reason that I closed the joint bank account was my wife tried to put fake checks and fraudulent wire into it. when I closed she hadn’t have any bank account prior then she managed to open few banks account and those fraudulent activities happened there like wire more than 500000$ and else, those accounts have been closed by those banks and fortunately for me I had closed the joint account and I have proof of what she has done after that also wich I provided in my RFE.
I have provided Affidavits from my friends and friends of my wife with evidence of photo and else, all affidants have provided a copy of their ID or passport plus country of birth which is a requirement from USCIS.
Provided day to day screenshots text messages and photo plus wedding and other events pictures.
I did not have any lease or file taxes together, no insurance either with her, we were staying with a friend who helped me after she refused to pay the rent without my knowledge and the landlord threw out belongings out . My friend was one of the affidant also so he was like my landlord. My wife doesn’t have driver licenses she screwed up, she said she will do taxes herself also.
she did not file any petition for me even after 2 years of mariage.
Do not lose hope, work hard and tried to get anything you can . I was really lucky I took pictures of all theses banks activities she has been doing and else.
When can I expect to receive my EAD and SSN ?

case was sent back to NBC from local field office
Originally, my case was with the National Benefits Center after I submitted my application in April 2023. A couple of weeks ago, I spoke with an agent who informed me that my case had been transferred to my local field office in Charlotte on April 29, 2024, and that my interview had been waived.
However, when I contacted them again today, I was informed that my case has been sent back to the NBC. This conflicting information has left me quite confused.
Should I be concerned?

What does it mean when your case is in your home office ¿? does it still have to go back to the main USCIS ?
I asked Emma and thats what they mention. I already received 3 emails saying a decision has been made but no updates so far for 5 days now.
