You will definitely not get an ‘Emergency Advance Parole’ for a wedding event/vows celebration! Lol That I am 100% sure of.

@D J that gives me a glimmer of hope! how many weeks in advance did you schedule an appointment for advance parole? And, what evidence did they ask from you to provide? Did they call anyone in your family to confirm the event was happening?

@D J I’m worried that my parents won’t get to ever see me walk down the aisle, if I wait until next year, as they both have health problems.

I was approved for multiple entries randomly and I’ve been using the document to travel back to the US for several trips now. I wrote a letter explaining the personal significance of attending, a copy of the wedding invite and a couple photos of my mom and I.

I didn’t have an appointment I just submitted the form with my other applications and it took 7 months @Nattlestar 🇨🇦 🤞

well, I submitted the I-131 in May and we need to leave on September 12th. We filed on August 2023 for our I-130 and our I-485. I don’t think the I-131 will be approved in time for September sadly.
