hello anybody got IL for june or july , whose pd is current in may visa bulletin ? my pd is sep 28 2020 it is current in may but i didn’t get interview date yet . in this catagory who got IL in may after pd current in may ??? plz share . its so fraustrate 4 years passed already but still no IL . 😭😭😭😭

Thank the Good Lord my case got approved and I received my green card. but due to some unfortunate even I am having issues with my wife and it make lead ti a divorce. since my green card is good for 10 years and Incase the divorce happens, would it affect me in any way ir would it a smooth process? please help me with some insight so as to go through this with no complications.

How to use travel parole?
My travel parole got approved from Feb 2024 to Feb 2029. I also have my green card EAD with me. my adjustment of status is pending approval. I am currently 2 months pregnant and since my travel parole is valid for 5 years, can I go to my home country dubai and come back to the US after 3 months?
My travel parole reads cannot stay outside for more than one year and multiple entry’s are allowed. Did anyone face any issues with immigration?
Can I file i-485 before PD becomes current
hello everyone,
i recently received my approval for i140 application. Wondering if it’s risky or unwise to file form i485 before my PD becomes current. PD is January 26, 2024. My lawyer says i can go ahead and file even though my PD is not current, but I have seen mixed outcomes with doing that. Please share any guidance. Thanks.

I don't know what to do. Look like my case is stuck in a background check. I received the below response.
As a part of a greater eligibility determination, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) conducts background and security checks on applicants and certain petitioners for immigration benefits. These checks are necessary to ensure United States national security and public safety interests. In some cases, the results of these checks require USCIS to perform additional inquiries or consult with other government agencies. When this is necessary, there is often some delay in resolving the checks, and it is difficult to predict when resolution will be completed. Please be assured that this case has not been overlooked. Once all checks are resolved, the I-360 will be adjudicated and your constituent will be notified of the decision.
New Zealand Police check- NVC
Hi team!
We are currently stuck at a standstill at the NVC stage with our New Zealand Police check. New Zealand Police send the Police result directly to the US embacy Consulate and not to the applicant. This is stated on the NVC website (Country guidelines) and also the New Zealand police vetting website.
When uploading appropriate documents, the NVC don’t recognise this process and deny the upload with the same generic note ‘Please refer to NCV website and upload appropriate document’. This seems to be a big issue for a lot of New Zealanders.
We have been rejected 4 times, and our experdite was also rejected. We have tried contacting NVC directly, US Consulate directly, Experditing, making Enquiries, and also speaking to our local senator. This has delayed our process currently by 6 weeks, and we seem to be going in circles.
Any advice would be appreciated! ❤️
