I’m in a similar situation, my hubby outside the country, I’m in US. our case was filed July 11/23 and actively reviewed since August 19/23, it’s a year and 11 days for us now. i touched in base with my case , my lawyer said 14.5 months to get approved the case… so i guess….. we just wait and see

@r s this is very frustrating I submitted mine march and got my receipt on the march 13 I haven’t herd anything since 😩 as u stated I guess this will be a wait wait situation

It will do your relationship good 😌 The I130 wait time is a nightmare, and depending on what country they are from, sometimes the embassy wait is long too. Join VJ journey to get more info and guidance in this process. I can’t imagine what you are going through… I am able to live in my husband’s country during this process, thankfully because I have a job here. I took a two week trip to the States and hated being away from him. Peace ❤️
