Questionnaire for INFO PASS/ Emergency Advance Parole 1-131A
1. If my Emergency travel date is Sept.12th 2024 from the U.S to Canada, how much time in advance should I apply for an Advance Parole?
2. What do I need to bring to the interview?
3. If I’m flying in and then driving back with my American husband, will I need to show proof if I am driving back? What proof should I bring?
4. If someone gets denied for an EAP, what happens to their I-485 and/or I-130 cases?
5. If anyone has had any experience meeting with an officer, what are the kinds questions that officers will ask?

emergency travel is from one day to another you don’t pick the date. you have to have strong evidence of the emergency nothing happens to 485 nor the 130 its just you won’t be able to travel until approved

I have the same question. you can schedule the appointment online but idk how far out I should schedule

you can schedule a call 14 days prior to your emergency travel date.

you have a couple days out not more than 15 also you have to have a serious emergency to go like a parent or child whose extremely sick or someone who died you have to have proof that it's your parent or child and you do get a long time to stay out like a few weeks I know because I had to get one last year you may need a doctor certificate saying g the person is sick or the death certificate and also proof that the person is your parent of child most times if it's a far relative they don't approve it they also don't approve that if you going for vacations weddings etc
