hi guys my two friends after biometric within month got travel and ead , but mine after biometric still not get , may 9th biometric 11th updated in system but still no response from i765.
they i765 applications was approved 6months 10 days like that . but they got biometric after 6months 20 days but after biometric within month they got both .
mine- i765 was 5months was done but ,i got biometric 5months 10 days .
anyone have idea still how long it take get i765 decision mine ?

to start I have a lawyer now! but I have a bad experience with my old lawyer so that why I’m asking before I do anything so I can know what my lawyer telling me !
so my first rfe was 3 years ago and it was only about good moral !
my sec rfe was about prove of abuse !
my old lawyer ask my therapist for a letter not evaluation it’s was wrong ! wasn’t enough details on the letter
so after 3 years I had a new rfe needed more explanation about the evaluation and the threpy things !
my new lawyer told me to get a new therapist and we did the evaluation and it’s look great it has everything it’s need !
my question is it does it matter if the evaluation is new or old ?
and does matter if i have a different therapist Cuse the old one don’t work there no more ?
is what make sense
my other question is ! my lawyer told me that they been make it difficult because my race ( I’m from Middle East ) is that true usics my reject you because of your race

Hey guys!
My process EB2-NIW (via consular) is completing 7 months of application (PD 12/06/23). I'm really considering applying for the PP, as I have important decisions to make that depend on this result.
What is your opinion? I heard that almost every Premium process application has received RFE…😔
Do you think the deadline of up to 9.5 months is being met? My position on Lawfully Pro is 68th.
