MESSAGE FROM USCIS
Today i received a message from USCIS sayin “ WE HAVE TAKEN AN ACTION ON YOUR CASE” but when i login to my account there is nothing new there. My I130 and I 485 still same. Did anybody have same situation and if yes what does this mean? Thank you in advance if you take a time to explain to me !
Case moved to CRP
my PD is current but it moved to Case Remain Pending (CRP) status 2 days ago. did it happen to anyone? what are my options to report it.#CRP #EB1 #EB1C #i485 #AOS

Inconsistent Emma chat response
Last week and earlier this week Emma live chat support said my application and my spouse application is at Spokene FO. But today they are saying it is still at NBC for my spouse and mine is still in transit to the field office. Don’t know what to trust? Has anyone experienced this before? How do we get trusted information?

EB1A Approved today morning..earlier case remains pending .PD June 2021…140 approved 2022 July.

I’ve received RFE. What could it be when I submitted medical, birth certificate, notice of intent, and everything else (that’s what I thought) with my i485.
1) CAN YOU PLEASE SHARE WHAT WAS REQUESTED IN YOUR RFE?
2) HOW LONG AFTER YOU RESPONDED TO RFE BEFORE YOU GOT AN ANSWER FOR GC?
