timeline for marriage GC

I filed in Sptember 2023 but since October 2023 I have the message “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS” but no changes since then. on the other hand, I have asked for an advance parole since my grandfather was very sick, unfortunately he died and the advanced parole never arrived. I am wondering if the advanced parole is affecting my case right now when I don’t need it anymore since he already passed away. does anyone know if I should remove my advance parole request? does this help the greencard process?

last week was my interview, I was missing the non conviction certificate. the officer said everything is okay and he asked me to submit the missing documents and he gave me the 221 g for messing documents . I did that 3 days ago. yesterday I called the embassy and they said they received the missing documents and asked me to drop off my passport. today the case status went from Refused to administrative processing and they kept my passport. is that okay to go through administrative processing. I’m confused. thank you

Hello Vawa Family, is there anyone who requested their case file from UScis?if so, how long did it take ? my attorney made a request a month ago, we are yet to receive the file ,and for the reason why we made a foia request, I received a notification on the app in feb of 2022 for request for evidence, I never got any letter online or in the mail , reached out to ombudsman/congressman for help, they only responded with case is processing within the normal timeframe, which makes no sense, so was the update an error? That was the reason for the file request. has anyone experienced such? what was the resolve? Thank you so much .

just spoke to an agent through Emma, and I was told interview has been requested and therefore I should wait until I receive the notice. trusting the father that everything goes as he wills it :)
