Should I start celebrating?
I talked to Emma agent today about my I485 application and they informed me that case is approved and card will be in production soon. There is nothing on the portal for I485, only the I130 approval notice under documents section.
Could this be real?

Waiver, I 212
Here is what happened to me I filed the waiver on December 21, 2021. The average answer it was 22 months waiting when I reach the 22 mark USCIS Extended The waiver 26.5 months I 27 months and they extended right now to 29 months, making me so impossible for me to make an inquiry of my waiver which I’m still waiting for it. It’s it was only received. I don’t know what to do on this please it would be very appreciated.
I-485 : Priority date vs received date
Hi all, I sent my I-485 application for permanent residence to the USCIS on May 28th 2024 based on the approved I-130. Yesterday I received the notice for I-485. However, the priority date is the same as I-130 which is December 28th 2020. And it mentioned on the notice that "If this notice contains a priority date, this priority does not reflect earlier retained priority dates." What does that mean? Thanks
The Journey
After a long overdue wait! I finally feel like I can breathe freely!
Just to give a detailed story.
This is my second time filling. The first time i filed was on september 4, 2021. Around may or april of 2022 I got my appointment for the biometrics and got them taken. But the whole case got canned after my response to the RFE seemingly never arrived to them. I realized when they sent a response saying that the time passed to respond to the RFE. you can imagine how awfull i felt.
I refiled everything together again with a legal council this time, on October 13th 2022. And in december of 2023 i got my I-765 approved and received my SSN and work permit. At the end of february i saw the update that an RFE notice would be arriving but never did. Thank god my wife got the Notice through her MyUSCIS account.
We sent the Response like a week before the limit and I was super anxious. but it got approved soon after!
And finally, on may 29 2024 my I-485 got approve without having an interview.
The Green card got produced yesterday and I'm now just waiting for it to arrive.

My 485 started at Nebraska in June 2023.. pd 2015 India .. in Dec Emma told me my case is with Cleveland field office.. in April uscis moved my case to NBC .. recent emma chat mentioned it’s with Los Angeles field office and fingerprint is applied to your case.. anyone knows why the application keeps on moving to different field offices ? Hope this is last step ..
