Second VAWA 1485 RFIE
Just got a notification for a second RFIE,the first was for my birth certificate which I previously submitted the original copy with my initial application.I had to do another attestation of birth certificate which my dad helped me thinking that will help.Now I just got a notification for another RFIE,I don’t know what it could be this time around.
I was thinking my first RFIE was for medicals since I submitted my first medicals in 2021 with my application
and it might have expired.Anyone have a similar experience?
interview is scheduled today
I applied concurrent filing petition and green card for my husband. today we received a notification that interview was scheduled for both applications . when do we expect the interview? in 3 weeks ? we are overseas for a surgery . no documents yet I can’t find the notice

I did expedite to the NVC on May 21, 2024, for my spouse interview, and they forwarded it to U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Bangladesh. On June 03, 2024, I received an email from NVC that U.S. The Embassy or Consulate in Bangladesh cannot expedite the case interview.
my query is
For expedie again how long should I wait I mean gap.
Can Senator help me for expedite interview cause I got help from Senator for i824 approval.
