I came on a b1/b2 visa in 2017, overstayed and I applied for asylum in 2017 got an ead and never got an interview hitherto, I was a victim of a home invasion in 2018 and I applied for U-visa in 2021, never received any update other than notice fast forward to 2023, got Married to a usc in Aug 2023 and we filed AOS concurrently in sep 2023, our wedding ceremony with Family members is arranged for dec 2024 in our home country. we didn’t file form 131 hoping our case should be approved before we need to fly to our home country . we got an actively review update on our 130 2 weeks ago and nothing else since then, we need to go back home in dec, we were told we weren’t qualified for expedite request, what would your advice for us be

RFE was regarding tax returns, W2, proof of address, marriage proof
I did reach out to my local senator’s office after searching online and they did follow up on my behalf. Response was pretty standard, got the response about 30days after that inquiry. I had done a few inquiries via USCIS phone line before that and got all standard responses.
