Text message from USCIS?
I've received the following text message today:
"I-485 applicants receiving a Request for Evidence for Form I-693 should return it as soon as possible by overnight/priority/courier delivery."
The I-693 is the medical examination, which I've already submitted together with my adjustment of status (I-485) application...
There's no RFE online on myUSCIS account, and when I called USCIS they also said the case is just processing and they don't see any request for evidence at this moment.
Is it normal to receive this text? I've submitted all my documents on November 2023, and last time my application was reviewed (according to the USCIS agent) was July 10, 2024.

the phone number I got communications from is +1 (202) 751-3578 but this seems like fake.

of course it's fake. USCIS would never ask for something to be sent overnight

I received this today as well. probably just a mass message. It did not ask for anything or contain any links.

it could be coming from the field office they send your case. I schedule an appointment for my husband at our local field office because he lost his grandmother and we want to leave the country they ask us to save the 202 number so we know it’s them calling. Which state are you in? I’m in NJ.

@Jo Jo mine also didn't have any links, so I was also assuming it was just a mass message... but did weird me out since I already sent the i-693 long time ago 🤷🏽♀️

@B B mine came from "468311", which is not even a phone number, so it was weird... felt like an automated message. I'm in California.

We got this text message too and they already have it with them too so not sure what that was all about
