Request for RFE
hey everyone, i just recieved a notification from USCIS through this app.
they have request for RFE on my VAWA
now im not sure what the RFE is for. Ive emailed my attorney regarding this matter.
but does anyone who has had such an update can they tell me what it normally is?
i just want to get an idea what it is.

@z z you’re August 15, so they review August now. does your case is at Vermont from the very beginning or they transferred it in the meantime? I am August 23

@survivor p yes, theyve started august from the looks of it. ive been vermont from the start. never got a wrriten update that it was sent anywhere else. no i did not receive I-765 extension. good luck!! youll hear from them soon

@Bless you 🙏 they sent a 6 page rfe . all the evidence that i had sent in and based on that evidence that i had gotten the prima facie determination. they are rejecting it.
