I’m approaching 15 months and still haven’t received it.

mine was 11.5 months. there was a wave of approvals for my PD at that time. for reference my EAD was approved the day I walked into biometrics, day 12. no understanding of why my 131 wasn’t approved as a combo card.

yes same with my husband after biometrics work authorization was approved but nothing on advanced parole I’ve been noticing a huge delay in these and I-485 getting approved before advanced parole. @w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 wondering what was your PD date and ultimately then the approval?

my Pd is May 19, 2023. got approved for AP on May 6, 2024. still waiting on my 485 after 14 months but I’m not the norm.

@Sara F. S. I would pay a lot of money to know. I’m a Canadian CPA that came here 10 years ago with a transfer from a global firm. met my husband 9 years ago. had 2 children. got married. applied for my GC. not even a parking ticket in this country. paid all my taxes. I’ve had a few different work visas in my time. all approved quickly. ZERO idea.

@Sara F. S. I have. a guy I work with is friends with a bunch of politicians so I’m getting close to calling in a favor. my case got transferred to my local field office at the end of May so I’m trying to be patient for a little bit.
