@Mr Turbo correct, I made a mistake on the date on the lease in my statement, also, I provided lease from 2017 - 2018 and 2019 - 2020 and then forget to mention in my statement that from 2018 - 2019 was month to month so no lease cus we were planning to leave the apartment. also my else wife didn't sign one of the lease cus she wasn't around the day the landlord came for us to sign the lease so he ask me to sign and that my ex can sign hers anytime. we didn't remember to go back and sign and the landlord didn't even bother to ask again so we just let it be, until uscis mentioned it. smh

@Mrkvica M. yup and also, we didn't file taxes together cus she was so greedy and wanted to get more tax returns and we couldn't open account cus she was involved in some bs way before I met her and I didn't even know about it until we went to bank to open account and we were told she can't open account cus she was blacklisted

@Mr Turbo THIS! Your life literally is at a standstill just waiting for when your life changes for the best or worst. I agree that if processing time was much more efficient and the turn around was a lot quicker it would help decrease the mental strain waiting puts on us. I’m also aware that the truth is there are hundreds of thousands of applications and they only continue to increase every month & year. I wish they had more equipt employees to handle such high demands of seeking GCs provide. they gotta ask themselves if the roles were flipped could they handle the waiting time and hardships some of us have endured just to have a better life

@Mrkvica M. let me even tell you the worse part, I just lost my job cus my ead has expired and uscis denied my renewal since my i485 was denied. yo I have mortgage, car note etc. listen I don't wanna be emotional right now, like I said before, at this point I'm just taking it one step at a time, using my last strength to stay alive and healthy for real

@Dez 21 Wow 2016 is a long time😭. my lawyer told me about this guy that finally got his GC after 14 years of back and forth with USCIS. His family couldn’t travel back home because they didn’t want to leave him behind. when my lawyer first met him his kids were little kids and when he finally was approved they were in college! I pray for strength everyday otherwise idk where I might be

@Dez 21 OMG, I am so sorry!!! How long will you have to wait for new EAD?? Please watch your health. I am so stressed out that I got cancer which was luckily removed but this journey is really painful and draining. Can you expedite your EAD?

@Mrkvica M. Yeahh privileged to either be born in the U.S or have citizenship after filing. Sometimes people even look down on you because you don’t have GC as if it’s your choice to be going through this

@remaining hopeful our lives are at the standstill 😔 I can't have a family when I don't know what will happen with me and I am getting older and older. My parents are getting older and my life turned into scrolling and checking immigration status.

@remaining hopeful i can't blame them. They were born here and they don't understand immigration system in USA. I mean, I don't know immigration system in my home country 🤣 they can feel sorry for you, but will never understand what we are going thru, the pain, every fay waking up and asking yourself what will happen today, feeling scared to go anywhere, scared to travel,just to do every day stuff

@Mrkvica M. honestly I have majority of my family here. they are all citizens but refused to help me file when they were doing their applications so I’ve been on my own ever since and this is the furthest I ever came to potentially getting a GC. it breaks my heart to sometimes think about how my family here has treated me. don’t worry you’ll get happy ending soon! to see movement on your case of fingerprints is something.

@remaining hopeful i had update about fingerprints for 5 years so I think that yesterdays update was a glitch since a lot of people got it. I am so sorry to hear how your family treated you. That's not right. But now you know what to expect from them

@Mrkvica M. yess heavy on the traveling part. I can’t even begin to count how many travel opportunities and memories I had to turn down because of status. And it’s sometimes embarrassing having to say I can’t go because of my status here. my daughter is going to be 24 next month and she’s born here and we have never been able to travel to even my home country

@Mrkvica M. ohhh definitely know what to expect from them! crazy thing was after not speaking to them for over 12 years they spoke to my brothers wife back home and told her that I still didn’t have my GC and I was shocked that how could they know that when I haven’t spoke to them for 12 years and that’s when my spiritual antennas went up and I knew they were trying to block me getting it but God has the final say

@Mrkvica M. thank you. At the time my ex started acting crazy she wasn’t of age yet because you have to be 21 before you can file for your parent. she didn’t turn 21 until 2021 and by that time we had already filed for I-360 & I-485 concurrently on 10/2019 and my I-360 was approved 11/2021

It’s my first time really making a comment on Lawfully but then I just really need that. I had to pray for you because I know you’re frustrated but just be steadfast, knowing that God is here with us we just have faith. He said faith is the substance of all things and it doesn’t mean necessary things that we can see with our naked eye and the things that are unseen to us but in God just things that seem so hard to us. yes vawa was denied and I 290b was approve after 5month ..I apply for a new I 765 6month after I got I 290b approval ..and 2month after they said we terminate your form i 765.application of employment authorization .because your primary benefits was daniel
