hi…. did you over stayed in the US? If yes, how many years?
my mom died and I want to go to her funeral and my lawyer told me not to travel Bcx I overstay by 5 years

@2022 filer - I came here on a tourist visa and got married and filed for my I-130 & I-485 so I never overstayed. Im sorry for your loss, Emergency Advance Parole can help you for the funeral but don’t know whether you have overstayed impact this.
