Inconsistent Emma chat response
Last week and earlier this week Emma live chat support said my application and my spouse application is at Spokene FO. But today they are saying it is still at NBC for my spouse and mine is still in transit to the field office. Don’t know what to trust? Has anyone experienced this before? How do we get trusted information?

I wouldn’t believe them 100%. What they are looking is not always accurate. My case is at FO and they said it is still at NBC.

@Raj S how did you find out your case is in FO? I have been asking Emma and they keep saying my case is at NBC, I am not sure to trust it or not.

@cloud 8 : I received RFE from FO. I am sure if I ask Emma agent they will continue to say that it’s at NBC.

There is nothing much you can do at this time… patience is the key my friend.

I had the same experience, Emma said San diego FO and when I called I got Newark FO once and then at NBC. I think unless you get a notification that it is transferred I would say don’t believe it.

@kay r that must have been frustrating for you. We don’t get notifications or status change when the application gets transferred, right?

@microke microke Can you share how you figured your spouses went back to FO again after this post. I am in same situation. On Aug 5th both me and my spouse petition in Non Local FO. but today they say mine is at NBC. but my wife’s is at Non Local FO as of Aug 5th. please share your analysis would be helpfull.
