Biometrics
Wondering if anyone has some advice/experience. We submitted all our documents together for our AOS. We received our EAD at the beginning of the month, however our AP still says that our biometrics haven’t been applied to our case. We still haven’t received our AP.
Do you do one biometric appointment or should we have done one specifically for our AP? We have followed the instructions on the notices we have received.
Our case is also not current based on the retrogression. Our PD is February 2022.
Just got approved for the Work Permit!
Applied under category C09, fees waived and approved this morning! Haven’t applied for the travel permit yet, but will do soon! Good luck everyone!
