Hello family, I have a couple more questions about my case. I’m the US Citizen I filled paperwork by mail to the Vermont lockbox. I live in Maine and Vermont handles those cases. my question is when I received my receipt notice back it came from the Texas center and it started with IOE which is my understanding when you file online. Did I miss something?
Using the Advance Parole first time experience and status updated. (Vawa)
I used my Advance Parole was at JFK airport, after being out of status for 7 years in the U.S. I have had a pending VAWA case since October 7, 2021. Upon arrival, I was sent to secondary inspection, I wait for a while, they call my name, but there were no questions asked, and it was very quick, I was out 20 day. Interestingly, a day before, the status of both my Green Card and VAWA was updated “correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it”, but I didn’t send anything. Does anyone know what this could be?"

yestarday the application sent my notification that uscis response to my inquiery about why my case take long processing time than usual on 16 sep, 2024, but I contact with my attoreny and he didnt received any response yet, where is the defect, and how I will know what the response that they send it, just I have the referral number of service request, any help please.

I'm so happy my application form I 130 has been approved yesterday. my the name of the lord be praised. we are waiting for the next step expecting the email on what next to do.
