Waiting for my Eb1B I-140 since Sept 2023
What has been the timelines for eb1b i-140 with regular processing from NSC for all of you here? My PD is current from a previously ported EB2 i-140. Is it worthwhile to go for PP since it’s already been 10.5 months? Should I just wait for another 4 weeks? Any suggestions?

It was indeed a long journey. i say i have paid dearly for every ounce of it. Goodluck to all who are still waiting and please keep praying to our God for He will never leave us in this crazy world as long as we maintain our faith and trust unto him. i know how tough the journey is been there myself just dont hesitate to inquire about your case from USCIS if its outside processing time. Happy times for us! My hubby was approved for both his I-130 and I-485 between yesterday and today WITHOUT an interview! The entire process took only 4.5 months! I did all the paperwork. We had one rfe for the I-485 and I sent it back to them in 10 days. We are celebrating 🍾! Wishing everyone positive, speedy processing! Let's go!

Finally Greened (New Journey Begins)
From L1 petition denial to GC approval, it has been a long journey but as they say “A journey of Thousand miles begins with a single step”.

Reached out to live Agent via Emma and I was informed that case is at NBC with no information on Interview or any officer being assigned (not sure if this helped resurrecting the application) - 17th July 2024
New card is being produced - 24th July 2024
GC approval - 26th July 2024
Received approval notice - 30th July 2024 (Approval notices were not properly sealed)
Card was mailed to me - 2nd August 2024
Received Green Carda - 6th August 2024
Note, my spouse and my kid’s applications were approved at the same time.
