Hello family, I have a couple more questions about my case. I’m the US Citizen I filled paperwork by mail to the Vermont lockbox. I live in Maine and Vermont handles those cases. my question is when I received my receipt notice back it came from the Texas center and it started with IOE which is my understanding when you file online. Did I miss something?

I did on Chicago by mail and I got and IOE number

I sent my to Chicago and I got IOE number..went I check it said Texas center
