@sho chu so, you have to wait. Give them few days. This means that the mail is not picked up by usps yet. Try calling them in Tue and ask. You didn't get tracking number because you called too early, it's not even in their system yet

@sho chu i waited since end of 2018 and was approved this year. It will happen 🙏 and i am sorry about your dad. May he rest in peace

@sho chu yes, and uscis does bulk mail. They create tracking number but it is unavailable even for officers if it hasn't been picked up by usps. They send hundreads and hundreads envelopes in one bulk. One department probably does the envelopes and then once it's picked up by usps, you will be able to get the tracking number by calling them. I would recommend you that you read about this on reddit. There is really good explanation on how this works
