Using the Advance Parole first time experience and status updated. (Vawa)
I used my Advance Parole was at JFK airport, after being out of status for 7 years in the U.S. I have had a pending VAWA case since October 7, 2021. Upon arrival, I was sent to secondary inspection, I wait for a while, they call my name, but there were no questions asked, and it was very quick, I was out 20 day. Interestingly, a day before, the status of both my Green Card and VAWA was updated “correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it”, but I didn’t send anything. Does anyone know what this could be?"

many people have been getting the same status. i also got the same status 10 days ago. My case is from Dec 2021. It seems they're working on our files. Hopefully we get to hear something soon. @Tom Bom

@Colorless Spring I think if u don’t have any criminal problems u are free to go, I was feeling scary too, but I’m glad that I used without issues.

Greetings, I have the following question: I am vawa, I have my 5-year permits, I left the USA on December 12, 2023 and returned on January 8, 2024. In my passport they put a stamp that says the following, until: January 5, 2025 Purpose DA. I would like to know what it means that they only stamped me for one year, can I travel again after the date indicated on the stamp, what happens if I travel after January 5, 2025 ??? Soy vawa, tengo mis permisos de 5 años, salí de usa el 12 de diciembre 2023 y regresé el 8 de enero 2024. En mi pasaporte me pusieron un sello que dice lo siguiente, until: 05 January 2025. Propósito DA. Me gustaría saber que significa que solo me sellaron por un año, puedo volver a viajar después de la fecha indicada en el sello, que pasa si viajo después del 5 enero 2025 ??? Gracias por su atención.
