How long it will take for welcome letter from NVC? Do we have to create an account from NVC? or is that CEAC? we don’t have access anymore in USCIS website.

Hola!!
Me llegó la carta de aprovacion de mi permiso de viaje y sale mi foto y un cuadro donde dice parole stamp, pero mi permiso de trabajo aún no llega, y la verdad mas que este permiso de viaje, me interesa más es mi permiso de trabajo.
El documento se expira hasta septiembre 18 2029…
Alguien con la misma situación? Este combo card es renovación, fecha de prioridad es dic 21 2023.

is been almost 500 days and I am still waiting on an interview for my mother. I am doing this with no lawyer they just keep telling me I have to wait that is doc satisfied

Addendum: Thank you!!! Just a clarification: I was supposed to get my I-485 approved on August 1st but because I left the US to visit my family with the Advance Parole document, they sent me a RFE instead. I had to prove that I was back to the US with the stamps on the passport etc... I did that as soon as I was back on August 20 and waited until yesterday!

Terminate IJ Asylum on Prima Facie
Hi VAWA application support group Vawa Family, applied for Vawa Full Package in July, I received my Prima Facie and I have Individual hearing in April 2026 in Concord, CA, I want to Close my Immigration court hearing on Behalf of Prima Facie. Attorney is asking around 4K just to file motion To Terminate Proceedings. I want to know Can i File motion on My Own even i have Attorney.
