Medical Exam
Hello Guys I’m about to send my medical exam I want to know how to file the medical exam paperwork do I suppose to file it by myself and sign it by myself to? or the Doctor suppose to file it and sign it to? Thank you in advance for your answers.

it is supposed to be confidential so after your doctor signs and you sign then the doctor seals the package before you send to Uscis. if it’s posted unsealed, Uscis will reject it. Be mindful too of the latest medical form for your doctor to complete because outdated form might lead to rejection.

bring the the paper work to your doctor and they will sign it and put it into an envelope for you to mail it. after the dr sign it you can’t open that envelope…
