Advise on mistake on 485
Hello All,
I am preparing a response to the NOID I received last week. Please I need advise, in the form i submitted, in the “Have you ever worked without authorization” I checked “No” instead of “yes” and also “have you ever violated your nonimmigrant status”, I said “no” instead of “yes”. Can I write this is a mistake in my personal statement?

130 approved and crickets on the 485
my 130 went into active review on Friday and Emma told me it was approved. Nothing on the 485… it’s still showing RFE received October 17, 2023 and step 3 (interview if necessary). Emma also told me my interview was waived.
frustrated! I’m so ready. y’all put a prayer up to your God for me. I’m a ball of anxiety.
