I never gotten a chance to see my mom in her sick stage, now she’s dead!
I want to go to the funeral, but I have over stayed for 5 years now my lawyer said if I leave they going to bar me from coming back in and it’s going to affect my case. he suggest I watched it on zoom but I want to go see my mom whom I haven’t seen in 7 years!
please guys, can I go uscis and Atleast request a written document tht will allow me back in??

Hello everyone,
I just got a notification on my lawfully case tracker which says, a notice was returned to USCIS because post office could not deliver it.
I wasn’t notified that a notice was sent. pls, what can be done thou, cos am thinking maybe it was RFE for my medical cos my I-360 was approved 2 months ago.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.
IR1 visa in administrative processing
We received this email from the Amman Jordan embassy "Please send your passort to the Embassy so we can proceed with your visa issuance" a few days ago. We quickly sent the passport to the embassy. Does anyone know when we would get it back with the visa? Thanks.
