I did . nothing happen and then my mom died☹️

@Hope Hope yes I had an interview, he hardly asked me any questions didn't even look at any of the extra evidence I brought with me.

so sorry to hear that you were denied. I was denied too in June 2024 .. lucky I had a lawyer when I started aos . she filed a motion to reopen/consider the case. I had 18 days to reopen the case or I leave USA in 33days. I was in agony, but guess what I was able to overcome the challenge. We had to pay and file form 290b. 5days the case was reopened and was schedule for a 2nd interview in aug . case was approved in sept. keep your hear high and don’t lose hope

I’m in Texas and she doesn’t go outside of state. I started off with he. her charged us $5,000 for retainer fee

@R D what if they reopen the case, will he be able to use the EAD card?

@Jet Blu did you receive the denial notice? do you know the denial reason? your I-495 was denied because I-130 was denied. So you should concentrate on why the I-130 petition was denied and correct that issue.
