what was the rfe about. You can file something no matter how small to avoid the case being dismissed

@Hope Hope online e-request is nothing. I made it. And their reply was “The status of this service request is: We are unable to respond to your inquiry at this time. For further assistance, please submit your request by calling the USCIS Contact Center. We apologize for any inconvenience.” Literally useless answer. Better make an infopass.

Lana P @ I did that today and she gave me ticket number . she said someone will call you . My medical is ready but I don’t want send them before getting my RFE , Paid 700$ for it don’t want losing it . OH God ! I kep saying them something is wrong with t485 , instead they say no is normal.😓😓😓

@Hope Hope I did infopass. They printed that RFE(but it was expired already). The officer told she will find out everything and call me back. But she never did it🤬. My lawyer went to the FO, gave them all needed documents, spoke to supervisor. They stamped all pages. It was 9/4/2024. Till today nothing. The next our step is to write to congressman/senator. Because it was definitely their glitch/mistake. We would wait max 2 more weeks. And I am gonna call them again this week. These people they don’t care. So from my side I would suggest you to make an infopass. At least they will print you that RFE.

@Lana P , My home state is Maryland they moved my application to Charlotte NC , Almost 6 hours drive and don’t know they accept me or no without any oppiontment . I did inquire by congressman two hours ago , so far ; I did inquire by uscis telephone number , my attorney did trough the online and I did by congressman. if I go to Charlotte office without any appointment, do you think they accept me?

@Hope Hope @Hope Hope don’t go without appointment. Waste of time. You won’t be allowed to come inside the building. At least in New York is like that. When somebody will call you, ask for infopass. Even in Maryland. F..k, they have the same system to check! They have to give that RFE for you! God, I was thinking that this shit could happen with me only…/ Try first your FO. Anyway you don’t lose nothing in this case. Only our precious time🤬

@Hope Hope that’s really weird. why they didn’t tell you about rfe when you called earlier. I think 2 things: either there is no RFE and the lady told you something over the phone that is not true, or they have so big mess they don’t know what they send and to whom. I would say there is no rfe because you would see your status changed to rfe sent to you on website

@Hope Hope one more thing, if you don’t have, create online account with USCIS and check statutus of the case there

@survivor p for sure it is a glitch. I have the same story. And nothing is on USCIS account.

@survivor p : I am confused 😕 i was shocked, why they didn’t ask me to send them my medical form , I saw many people got that rfe . yes they did bis mass on my whole application. they didn’t send me EAD C31 , they put wrong country of birth, now this F.. medical form issue. on Friday I will go to Maryland field office hope they accept me. keep calling uscis , the lady who’s working in congressman office is so kind she responded to me and told will send my inquiry quickly. I am tired 😪

@survivor p , I have an account with uscis , nothing shows regarding the rfe , only thing fingerprints was added for second time .

@survivor p : today I spoke with other attorney who is not my case attorney, I told the story to her, she said no that is impossible you getting RFE without any further thing like notification or getting letter for it. I explained to her , I had two calls tier two , couple of inquiries by uscis website and congressmans , in thses response nothing mentioned about this rfe. Only thing I got was cell center person who told me about it , she said just wait .

@Lana P I have same issues and same replies, I got notice of an RFE since June 7th till date I have done e request twice, called USCIS atleast 4 or 5tines and I get same response that you got, called a congressman 2months ago, till date nothing, don't know what is going on but last week my EAD and travel docs was approved and I hot notice new card bein sent to me, don't still know what the rfe for my I 360 is for

@Lana P oh yes about 5 or 6 info pass, even called a congressman but have a lawyer on it now, costing more money but then what can I do
