Does Joint sponsor need to include their spouse in the Form I864 application?
please a joint sponsor that file tax together with his or her spouse, when filling AOS that is form i864, will the joint sponsor need to include the spouse in the AOS or I864 form as a household member? if yes what if in the case where the spouse doesn't live with the joint sponsor?
