I-130
I filed September 16 with that being my priority date. I am filing for my international husband for a immigrant visa. how long does the I-130 takes to be approved? I saw 14.5 month which would be 4 and a half month. what’s your experience?

@Deona Barrett I filed for my husband who is overseas on August 25th 2023. Got approved Nov 20th. Hopefull he can get an interview soon. No one knows what will happen after Jan 20th.
