It is difficult to tell why your I-485 was denied without knowing more about your specific circumstances. They can provide you with the specific reason for denial and provide guidance on how to proceed. i131 will automatically denied also. the denial is not the end of the world i saw so many people here that win appeal

is your spouse a U.S. citizen? insufficient affidavit of support can be a few reasons for the denial

go to the documents tab. there shouid be a letter there telling you exactly why it was denied. if it is a case of failure to provide evidence then just refile.
