Is this normal!!
I filed for both of my parents in 2022 and got through the interview process. They got approved for their green card and came to the US on August 1st to receive their physical green card. They both paid their immigration fee on June 13th before coming to the US because we were told it’s best to do that. My dad received his green card in the mail on September 13th but my mom is still waiting on hers. When I check the green card status, it says..” on June 13th we received your USCIS immigrant fee for your permanent resident card. we will be processing your request for production of card. You should receive your green card within 90 days of entry to the US or 90 days from when you paid your immigration fee.”
it’s been 99 days and the status still hasn’t changed. my dad status changed to card prouduction on his 82nd day and got his card on the 90th. is this normal for my mom status to haven’t change. they both paid their immigration fee on the same day.

hello my vawa was approved In February 22 2024 I have I485 from 2020 pervious marriage pending . my lawyer tell me she think i should file a new I485 am so tired am frustrated. I did infopass they said my case is at Vermont centre do anyone know how long it take for I485 transfer from Vermont centre to field centre it been 7 months vawa approved

The horrible USCIS on line timeline
We got our interview on 13 Aug 24 for I130 & I485, after 900 days plus waiting . Then started another part of painful waiting. as they handed us a paper, case on hold for further review . The interview is super short , nothing asked actually . Since then my on line estimate processing time from 14 mths changed to 2 mths for I130 , this morning I check it is absolutely crazy, back to 18 mths .
Honestly if this is so crazily not accurate. just don’t put this time reference there for us . Do they understand it will drive us crazy and so frustrated .
They should simply state all applications take 5 years long , and MUST NOT contact USCIS . Then we just live our normal life with zero expectation . 😡🤬
