as soon as you received your receipt they processing your case however not sure if you know but now to approve the cases is taking 14 month 🥲🥲 unfortunately we all in there! myself its been a year since i got the letter and nothing has happened!

I got my receipt six days after I filed and then two weeks later I got the acceptance notice @Massy M

I applied 6 months ago on may havent heard nothing i got my acceptance notice the next day i filed

i just went to check my case and theres nothing 1 hour later i go check again and it says step one completed now step two case decision what does that mean

unfortunately the processing time for i130 is currently at 16 months

@raed Abdullah my friend filed papers and hers came quick. even though I filed papers they scanned it and turned it electronically that’s why my receipt number starts with IOE. “If your USCIS receipt number starts with "IOE", it means your immigration application was submitted electronically through the USCIS online system, essentially indicating that your case is being processed through the Electronic Immigration System (ELIS) and not a traditional paper filing method.”
