my vawa was approved Febuary 2024. As of today I got an update on my I-485 for RFE. which I am assuming is my medical. I found out that I am pregnant a few days ago. I am
wondering will that have an affect on my application or my medical ? my pregnancy is not with my ex husband it is with a new partner. can USCIS question that?
Expedit Request Approved 2 days After it Was denied
Hey everyone! I have a quick question regarding the I360 and I-485 approval process.
I initially applied for both the I-360 and I-485 on July 13, 2020. On August 15, 2024, I submitted an expedited request, and on August 16, I received a notification stating, “Request for additional information received and that it has been transferred to an officer for review.” However, on August 17, my I-360 expedited request was denied, and on August 19, the expedited request I-360 was approved.
For some additional context, I received my first Combo card in 2021, valid for 2 years, and then received my second one earlier this year, which is valid for 5 years.
Does anyone know how long it typically takes for the I360 to be approved after the expedited request has been approved?
How about the how long for the I-485 to be approved after the I-360 has been approved? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Retrogression
so in September visa bulletin they mentioned “It is anticipated that the final action dates will advance in October 2024” but it remained the same. it’s been 2.5+ yrs they are still stuck with PD 2020 even tho they had more visa from family spillover + from last 2 yers they didn’t even accepted more applications so what’s really going on? AOS applicants are just 2k with PD 21 so why are they not moving forward? moving filing date to 22 may 21 is useless because everyone has already applied so what are they waiting for. all this retrogression does not make any point if they are still stuck and haven’t moved ahead.

I have submitted my AOS, EAD and AP sent to chicago lockbox on Aug 8th, 2024 but there have been no update on receipt notice. i contacted Emma after 40 days and received receipt number but after 45 days it still shows received. anyone have any idea how much time will it take before they start processing? any idea on EAD and how can one expedite?
is anyone aware of or faced similar issue?
